Patty Martinez was born in Brownsville, Texas and has been a Plant City Resident since 1980. Ms. Martinez speaks and writes fluent Spanish and is active in the Real Estate Community. Ms. Martinez is a graduate of Plant City High School and graduate of Bob Hogue Schools of Real Estate.
She started her career as a Bilingual Title Closer since 1992, Mortgage Consultant since 1997, Active Tax Consultant Since 2009 and has joined the Real Estate Profession as a Full Time Realtor in 2002.
Ms. Martinez is Graduate of the Realtor Institute since 2002 in which only five percent of all Realtors in the Nation have this designation The GRI designation is a real estate industry designation similar to various industry designations such as a CPA. This designation may only be earned after successfully completing a rigorous educational program. This program requires live course instruction from a statewide faculty selected because of extensive experience in their own areas of expertise. This designation is available only to members of the local, state and National Association of REALTORS®. GRI is recognized nationwide as the standard for real estate professionalism and knowledge.
In 2004 she was awarded the Certified International Property Specialist designation after undergone specialized training to complete international transactions seamlessly demonstrating considerable experience in international business and with reduce rick. She is one of which only 3500 of all the Realtors in the world have qualified to for this prestige designation.
Ms. Martinez is also a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. Fewer than 4 percent of all REALTORS® hold the CRS Designation.
